Many of you might be familiar with the 5-2-1-0 message for making healthy lifestyle choices and preventing unhealthy weight gain in children.
A new video from the BC-based Live5210 highlights these health promoting messages (at least 5 vegetables and fruit; no more than 2 hours of screen time; at least 1 hour of physical activity; no sugar-sweetened beverages) through the words of parents and children themselves.
